Project Description
The project involves the construction of a greenfield mixed-use property to be known as Equatoria Tower, in Juba, South Sudan’s capital. Equatoria Tower will be 12-storey complex, consisting of 7 700 m2 of total built-up space, providing an estimated 6 500 m2 of ground-floor retail space, conference facilities and office space.
