Consulting, technology and outsourcing solutions company EOH Holdings on Tuesday said it had launched a BNY Mellon-sponsored American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.

EOH, which listed on the JSE in 1998, aimed to enable international investors interested in companies in emerging markets to invest in it more easily, CEO Asher Bohbot said in a statement.

“EOH offers good growth prospects, as well as annual dividends. We operate predominantly in South Africa but also have operations in 22 other African countries,” he noted, pointing out that the company had delivered a compounded annual growth rate of 45% since listing.

EOH was consolidating and expanding its African footprint, as well as its service offerings, to existing clients in the region.

“We will continue to grow aggressively, both organically and through acquisitions.”
