Enel Chile, a subsidiary of Enel Green Power.

Project Description
The project involves the construction of a 204 MW PV park.

The Domeyko Park will be spread across 700 ha and will include the installation of 472 590 bifacial monocrystalline PV modules, with cutting-edge technology that allows for greater efficiency in capturing solar radiation.

Once operational, the plant will produce about 589 GWh, avoiding the emission of 439 000 t/y of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Potential Job Creation
About 600 workers will be involved in the construction of the plant.

Capital Expenditure
$164-million.

Planned Start/End Date
Construction started in October 2020 and is expected to be completed by July 2021.
