Project Description
The greenfield project is part of ExxonMobil’s plans to increase global manufacturing capacity and meet expected demand growth for performance chemical products in China.

The facility will manufacture performance chemical products for the packaging, hygiene, automotive, and agricultural industries.

The project includes a flexible feed steam cracker, three performance polyethylene lines, and two differentiated performance polypropylene lines.

The steam cracker will have a nameplate capacity of about 1.6-million tons a year.
