Project Description
The project involves the construction of a data centre for a US data company.
The centre will be built within an existing 11 000 m2 warehouse and will include 5 200 m2 of Tier III technical data space across two storeys.
The facility will offer 22 MW of critical information technology load using state-of-the-art technologies to cater to high-density customer requirements. It will deploy a market-leading fresh-air, evaporative cooling technology, which will significantly decrease energy and water consumption, compared with the typical performance of a data centre of this size.
The facility will comprise six self-contained data halls, all capable of subdivision for maximum flexibility and each with its own dedicated power and cooling systems.
