Project Description
The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art dairy and juice processing plant, with a capacity of 70 000 ℓ/d of milk and 10 700 ℓ/d of juice in Sululta Woreda, in the Oromia region of Ethiopia.
The plant will include management offices, a residential building, a quality-control laboratory, training rooms for cooperatives from which Velocity Dairy will source its raw milk, a wastewater treatment plant, a diesel tank and two milk chilling centres.
