The project comprises a loading and unloading, as well as a substation platform, and an approach bridge.
The terminal will be designed as a 70 000-t-high pile beam and slab terminal, with two 50 000 t unloading berths, one 10 000 t coal export berth and two 3 000 t berths, with a total length of 717 m, a width of 28 m and a designed through-put capacity of 17.5 million tons a year.
