Cloud-based labour relations platform endorsed
erNavigator assists clients to digitally transform and automate labour relations processes
A leading cloud software labour relations solution has been endorsed by the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP), which is South Africa’s autonomous body for the standards and professional registration for the human resources (HR) profession in South Africa.
erNavigator has been recognised as addressing a number of HR-related issues such as:
- Employee relations
- HR service delivery
- HR information services standards
- Analytics and measurements
- Governance
- Risk and compliance
- Organisational capability HR competencies
SABPP explains that its strategic model, entitled People Factor Strategy #202030, highlights how the local HR sector is prioritising the digitisation of the labour relations function without risking compliance and sticking to best labour practices. The plan is spearheaded by the critical need to position HR in the digital era and emphasises an online and in-touch approach to doing this, whilst still delivering its promise of leading excellence in HR standards, partnerships and ethically centred governance, asserts the organisation.
Since 2003, the erNavigator platform has positioned itself as a leading service provider, assisting clients to digitally transform and automate labour relations processes to best practice standards. The software aims to empower employees involved in the HR process to be able to carry out labour relations tasks using a cloud-based, locally compliant and internationally recognised solution. The SABPP endorsement of the platform is seen as a further boost to the company’s industry-leading reputation.
To ensure that companies or products continue to disrupt and positively impact the HR industry, the SABPP undertakes to visit and verify product success annually throughout the two-year endorsement period to “ensure the reputation and professionalism of the product endorsed is always upheld”, it states.
