Project Description
The project involves the design, construction, operation and maintenance of a 406 MW hydroelectric power plant and associated infrastructure on the Huallaga river, in the Chaglla district of the department of Huánuco, in Peru. The scheme includes the construction of a 400 MW main power plant and a 6 MW auxiliary plant, a 127 km, 220 kV transmission line and 34 km permanent access roads.

Duration
Commercial operation of the plant is expected in early 2016.
