Project Description
The project will see the establishment of a greenfield 1,2-million-ton-a-year cement plant, including a limestone quarry; an overhead conveyance system; an intermediate raw material station where limestone will be transferred to trucks for transportation; and a transmission line from the town of Sululta to the plant site.

Value
The project will cost an estimated $108,6-million. The International Finance Corporation has proposed investment equity of $8-million and an A-loan for the corporation's own account of $20-million.
