Project Description
The project involves the construction of CCECC’s headquarters in Djibouti.

The new 23-storey twin-towers will be the tallest structure in the country once completed.

The building, which will be developed on 42 000 m2, will involve 480 apartments serving as SOHO (small office, home office), modern office facilities, conference and dining rooms, a gymnasium, a basketball stadium and swimming pools, and 260 parking bays.

Jobs to be Created
The project is expected to generate job opportunities for more than 2 000 personnel during construction, and more than 1 000 jobs when put into operation.
