Client
Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company (SNEPCo), a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell.

Project Description
The Bonga project is situated in water more than 1 000 m deep across 60 km2. It has the capacity to produce more than 200 000 bbl/d of oil and 150-million standard cubic feet of gas a day.
The Bonga floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) export facility is one of the world’s largest. The FPSO facility has been upgraded to handle the additional oil flow from Bonga North West, which, at peak production, will contribute 40 000 barrels of oil equivalent a day.
Four oil-producing wells and two water injection wells in the Bonga West development will be connected to the FPSO facility, from where oil is loaded onto tankers for shipping worldwide.
