Project Description
Ford plans to create an environmentally and technologically advanced 1 450 ha megacampus that will produce the next generation of electric F-Series trucks and batteries.

Blue Oval City will become a vertically integrated ecosystem with key suppliers, worker education and training facilities, as well as battery manufacturing and recycling, on site.

The new assembly plant is designed to achieve carbon neutrality, zero waste-to-landfill and, once fully operational, meet the company’s air emission goals.

Potential Job Creation
The new campus will create about 6 000 new jobs and help strengthen the local community.

$5.6-billion.
