Electrical and lighting product distributor ARB Holdings on Monday announced that it expected its earnings a share and headline earnings a share for the year ended June 30 to be between 20% and 30% higher than the 40.48c and 39.55c respectively reported for the prior year.

The company stated that the improvement was attributable to the strong trading performances of its electrical and lighting divisions.

ARB would release its financial results on August 20.
