Project Description
The project involves the construction of STS Holdings’ second multidisciplinary super-speciality tertiary-care hospital on a 32 516 m2 site, in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
The ten-storey hospital will be built in three phases and comprise 346 beds, as well as a rooftop helipad. Phase 1 will comprise 125 beds, the second phase 118 beds and Phase 3 the balance of the beds.
Value
The cost for implementing the first two phases of the project is estimated at $61.8-million.
Duration
Construction is expected to start in September.
