American Rare Earths appoints local experts to Halleck Creek team
ASX-listed American Rare Earths has strengthened its project execution capabilities for the Halleck Creek rare earths project in Wyoming by appointing Brook Brockman and Taylor Cable to its subsidiary Wyoming Rare Incorporated.
As director of public and government affairs, Brockman will lead community, government and business engagement for Halleck Creek, bringing a strong track record of Wyoming-based leadership and service.
She has experience in agriculture, conservation and rural economic development.
Brockman is also a boardmember of the Platte Country Resource District, which works to conserve soil, water and natural resources across the country.
In turn, as projects and engineering director, Cable brings to the position deep engineering and capital projects experience, including know-how of developing mineral processing and heavy industrial facilities from early technical studies to construction and commissioning.
According to American Rare Earths, he has translated feasibility work into executable projects and managed engineering firms, technical consultants, and contractors to deliver complex processing facilities, with a particular focus on de-risking the transition from studies into detailed engineering and construction.
“I am thrilled to welcome Brockman and Cable to the American Rare Earths and Wyoming Rare team. Brockman’s deep knowledge of Wyoming and her connection to Platte and Albany Counties are essential as we work to advance the largest contained rare earth elements resource in the domestic US.
Cable’s extensive background in mineral processing and project delivery will further strengthen our technical team as we move toward the next phase of study at Halleck Creek,” American Rare Earths CEO Mark Wall concludes.
