Intelligence Transfer Centre is proud to host the 12th Annual Women in Engineering Convention on 24, 25 & 26 November 2021 at Gallagher Estate, Midrand. It is important to note that despite decades of progress towards achieving equality in the workplace, women remain significantly under-represented in the engineering field. Statistics from the Engineering Council of South Africa showed that 70% of the women who graduated with engineering degrees left the sector after starting their careers because they felt isolated in their jobs.

Attend this convention and get an opportunity to reflect on how far women have progressed in the engineering sector. This platform ensures that women meet on common ground to trade skills, solutions, and inspire one another to become exceptional leaders in this industry.

Intelligence Transfer Centre (ITC) is a leading South African research & development company headquartered in Johannesburg, and boasts regional offices in Durban and Namibia. This MICT SETA and level 1BEEE accredited company is seen as a progressive industry analyst within the conference arena, providing research, development and training based on extensive market research. ITC also caters to each organisation’s unique needs by tailoring in-house courses to their specific skills requirements.
