Project Description
The project involves the development of a 30 000 m2 mall in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
South African retailer Shoprite will be the mall’s anchor tenant. Other South African retailers will include Woolworths, Mr Price and Truworths.

R900-million.
Duration
Construction of the mall began in December 2012 and is expected to open in October 2014.
