A video conferencing meeting room solution that supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meetings is said to allow almost any space to be used as a virtual meeting place.
South Africa-based software and infrastructure services company Argantic explains that it has partnered with Logitech to provide Microsoft Teams Enterprise virtual ‘office spaces’ business application software solutions that enable remote communication with one-touch join, easy content sharing and centre-of-room control. MS Teams offers both asynchronous and synchronous communication channels.
Logitech solutions are designed to seamlessly integrate with leading workflow tools, offering integrated and complementary products that are designed to be easy to use and install, while Argantic offers complete video conferencing solutions that aim to create exceptional user experiences and high-performing workplaces.
Argantic director Garry Ackerman says Microsoft Teams virtual office enables teams to stay connected and get more done in the process. "Microsoft Teams makes virtual interactions more natural, more engaging, and ultimately, more human. It’s all about enabling people everywhere to collaborate, to stay connected, and to discover new ways to be productive from anywhere."
Customisable features allow teams to reshape working environments to improve efficiency and increase productivity. An intelligent communication system allows for automation, notification settings and a chatbot to provide additional support.
Ackerman asserts that Logitech and Microsoft allow users to easily and affordably connect from almost anywhere, so that individuals can work together as if they’re in the same room. "Businesses of all sizes can transform collaboration with simple, affordable and beautifully designed products from Logitech and Microsoft."
"A single interface can take you from a 10 people chat conference to a 10 000 people video conference with a touch of a button. We can set up your Business Microsoft Teams virtual office and allow your team to stay connected and get more done in the process," he concludes.
