Introduction

The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of how OnTrack Technologies, a prominent company in the aerospace industry,  develops young talent through its projects assisted by the Aerospace Industry Support Initiative (AISI). Specifically, the report focuses on two AISI-supported projects: the development of the Jonker Sailplanes JS5 open-class glider and the creation of a near-vibrationless engine.

Jonker Sailplanes JS5 Open Class Glider

The Jonker Sailplanes JS5 open-class glider project represents a major endeavour within OnTrack Technologies, driven by a team of five newly graduated engineers.
