Project Description
The project consists of a four-lane 88.5 km toll road between Petersburg and Suffolk, in south-east Virginia.
The road will run parallel with the existing US 460 and will connect with seven other roads.

$1.396-billion. The project cost includes design, construction and toll collection set-up.
Duration
Design work will be carried out in 2013 and construction will begin in 2014, with completion expected in 2017.

A consortium, comprising Ferrovial and American Infrastructure, has been awarded the contract to design and build the new toll highway.
