Project Description
The 0.21 ha development comprises a 41-storey, 131-m-tall, residential tower and an eight-storey, 35-m-tall, 2 000 m2 office building, linked at ground level by a WiFi-enabled landscaped garden.

Two Fifty One is at the forefront of innovative construction, using design for manufacture and assembly principles, where manufactured components are produced under rigorous quality-controlled conditions.

The components, delivered daily on flatbed trailers, are craned into position and assembled into the concrete structure and façade.

The façade of the building comprises 1 082 manufactured concrete panels, with the aluminium windows and doors already installed before the panels are placed on the building.
