Project Description
The Tulbagh Bulk Water Supply is intended to augment water supply for the Witzenberg local municipality.

Phase 1 of the project entails the construction of a dam yielding 1.2 Mℓ of water. 

The project includes the construction of the rising main and pumpstation.

Once the project is completed, it will allow for the development of low-cost housing while improving water security in the region.

The project has been funded through the DWS' Regional Bulk Infrastructure Grant.

The last phase of the project is scheduled for completion in June 2023.
