The project is a joint venture between development company Atterbury and clothing retailer Truworths.
Project Description
Atterbury and Truworths signed a deal for the creation of a new distribution centre in early October 2022.
The new facility will consolidate Truworths’ various Cape Town facilities under one roof.
The development’s 53 000 m2 initial phase comprises a 3 000 m2 office and 50 000 m2 warehouse, and includes the option to expand to 70 000 m2.
