London-listed Tirupati Graphite, which owns assets in Madagascar, has appointed AlbR Capital as financial adviser to the company, with immediate effect.

On April 1, the company announced board changes, with Mark Rollins having transitioned from executive chairperson to nonexecutive chairperson.

The company also announced the appointment of Thomas Hill as full-time CFO.

"I am excited to be joining a team with the objective of developing a world leading graphite company and to play a significant role in the global energy transition in producing this critical mineral,” Hill said at the time.
