The project entails the development of a mixed-use property at the gateway to Cape Town’s waterfront.
The development will comprise residential, hotel and office space adjacent to the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Convention Centre. It is expected to be the biggest development of its kind in the Roggebaai precinct.
The residential component of the project will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom and luxury corner apartments, ranging from 54 m2 to 95 m2.
