Project Description
The project involves the development of an open-air retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality district in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

The Linq will span more than 18 580 m2 of gross lettable area directly facing Caesars Palace. Its focal point will be a giant observation wheel – the Las Vegas Roller. The wheel will be the tallest in the world, at more than 152 m, with 28 cabins designed as transparent spheres, each of which will accommodate up to 40 people.

The development also includes the upgrade of three large mid-Strip Caesars Entertainment resorts and O’Sheas casino. On the north side of the development, a guest walk path will lead from the Carnaval Court outdoor plaza at Harrah’s Las Vegas resort, through the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino to the Linq.

Another walkway will also be built from the Linq to the Flamingo Las Vegas on the south side.

Duration
The Linq is scheduled to open this year.

The Las Vegas Roller will begin operation in 2014.
