Project Description
The project involves the development of an open-air retail, dining, entertainment and hospitality district in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.
The Linq will span more than 18 580 m2 of gross lettable area directly facing Caesars Palace. Its focal point will be a giant observation wheel – the Las Vegas Roller. On the north side of the development, a guest walk path will lead from the Carnaval Court outdoor plaza at Harrah’s Las Vegas resort, through the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino to the Linq.
Another walkway will also be built from the Linq to the Flamingo Las Vegas on the south side.
