Project Description
Teraco plans to create Africa’s largest data centre in a building comprising 17 500 m2, in Isando, Gauteng.

The project will bring the size of the facility to 9 000 m2 of white space and 18 500 m2 of utility space.

The volume of data centre space is directly proportional to the power feed negotiated with the local council; as a result, Teraco now has a total of 16 MVA of power, which will adequately supply all the data centres and ensure that they are properly cooled and maintained.
