Taranto Wind Farm project.

Location
The project will be located in front of the Taranto harbour, in the Apulia region of southern Italy.

Client
Beleolico, a subsidiary of Belenergia.

Project Description
Taranto will be the first offshore plant in the Mediterranean, with a total rated capacity of 30 MW.
The project will feature ten 3 MW wind turbines, each with a hub height of 100 m, in a water depth of 4 m to 18 m.

Latest Developments
Senvion has been appointed by Beleolico as the supplier for the wind farm.
