Timrå and Sundsvall municipalities, in central Sweden.

Project Owner/s
Swedish developer Eolus and Hydro Rein built the wind farm on behalf of MEAG under a construction management agreement. Eolus will provide asset management services for the wind farm under a 15-year contract.

Project Description
The 260 MW Stor-Skälsjön Wind Farm comprises 42 turbines situated on towers 115 m to 123 m high.

The wind farm is expected to generate 800 GWh/y of renewable electricity.
