Project Description
The project entails the construction of two solar power plants with a joint capacity of about 100 MWp. The plants will together comprise 154 000 bifacial photovoltaic modules on single-axis trackers.
The project will be able to inject about 210 GWh/y of electricity into the grid, equivalent to the consumption of about 60 000 homes.
The solar plants will also help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by over 33 600 t/y.
Potential Job Creation
The project will employ 250 to 300 skilled workers in the construction phase.
Capital Expenditure
€75-million.
Planned Start/End Date
Construction is expected to start between the second and third quarter of 2023, and enter into operation in the second half of 2024.
