Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 70 MW captive power plant for BUA’s new Sokoto cement production plant, which is required to supply the energy for an additional off-grid cement production line.

The plant will include seven dual-fuel engines operating primarily with liquefied natural gas (LNG), but can switch to an alternative fuel oil, should there be interruptions to the gas supply, quality or pressure.
