For the foreseeable future coal will continue to dominate as the principal fuel source for our power generation. It will also contribute significantly to our petroleum demand with supply from Sasol. Not to mention valuable foreign exchange on the exports of both.

We have been in a unique position to support the coal industry both under and above ground with a range of original equipment products since 1984.

For underground equipment we have a com-plete drive line solution from transmission clutches and components through the crown wheel and pinion and associated gearing to the axle brakes. Additional fail to safe parking

brakes are our speciality.

Our torque limiting clutches are fitted to the bespoke continuous miners while the shuttle cars and scoops which work alongside use our brakes.

Above ground is a similar picture with our fail-safe brakes on the mining head gear, failsafe brakes on rope shovels and draglines as well as a complete drive line solution in terms of clutches, brakes and transmission components for all the major mining haul trucks and loaders.

All our products are supported with a 24/7 via our factory trained technicians in our ISO certified workshop in Boksburg or on your site as required.
