LD Celulose, a joint venture (JV) between Lenzing Group (51%) and Duratex (49%).

Project Description
The project involves the construction of a 450 000 t dissolving wood pulp plant, which is expected to become the largest and most competitive single-line dissolving wood pulp plant in the world.

The JV will supply the entire volume of dissolving wood pulp to the Lenzing Group.
