The project involves the conversion of a shuttle tanker into a floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel.
The FPSO vessel will be based in the Libra field, off the shore of Brazil, at a water depth of 2 500 m.
Once completed, the vessel will have a capacity of 50 000 bbl/d of oil and four-million cubic metres a day of natural gas.
