Emerge Limited, a joint venture between Masdar and the EDF Group, will handle the entire project life cycle under a build, own, operate and transfer agreement. This includes the financing, design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the solar modules for 25 years.
Project Description
The project will result in the construction of a 60 MWp solar PV plant, which is expected to offset 66 000 CO2 emissions a year, equivalent to taking more than 14 600 cars off the road every year.
