Project Description
Sasol’s new office building will consolidate the company’s current office space across 17 buildings, in Johannesburg, into a single location at 2 Katherine street, in Sandton.
The ten-storey building will feature 67 000 m2 of office space and a common single core at its centre. The development hopes to achieve a Green Building Council of South Africa Green Star five-star rating in the design and as built categories.

Duration
Construction was scheduled to begin in May 2013, with Sasol taking occupation during the second half of 2016.
