Once fully operational, Rock Creek will generate about 1 250 GWh/y, providing enough energy to meet the yearly consumption needs of more than 100 000 average US households, while preventing the emission of about 900 000 t/y of carbon dioxide.

Latest Developments
EGPNA signed a tax equity agreement worth an estimated $365-million in May with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan for the project. Under the agreement, which is common for the development of renewable-energy projects in the US, the investors will contribute $365-million to the wind farm’s owner, Rock Creek Holdings, in exchange for 100% of Class B equity interests in the project.
