Project Description
The Radzyn wind farm will have a total capacity of 39 MW and will consist of 13 wind turbine generators (WTGs), medium-voltage underground power transmission lines, a transformer station, telecommunication lines connecting the WTGs with the transformer station, and internal roads and manoeuvring yards.
Initially, 13 wind turbines were planned to be located within the Radzyń Chełmiński commune; however, owing to the potential impact of WTG No 12 on birds, its construction was cancelled and the development of WTG No 12W in the Wabrzeźno commune is to be implemented.

€67.9-million.
Duration
The construction of the wind farm is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2014 and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2015.
Latest Developments
The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development is considering providing a senior long-term loan to finance the construction and operation of the Radzyn wind farm.
