The project entails the construction of a five-star 24-room hotel. The resort will include two restaurants and four bars with a unique rooftop destination outlet, as well as an 800 m2 wellness spa and a swimming pool designed with various pools and lounges leading onto the beach and ocean. The beach resort will also offer the largest conference centre in Cabo Verde, with more than 1 500 m2 of dedicated meeting and event space.
