The centralised lubrication system from Italian fluid management solutions company Raasm, is specially designed to extend component life of all moving parts on machines by effectively lubricating pins and bushes.

As part of its “one solution” offering, the Advanced Group of Companies acquired the Raasm distributorship for sub-Saharan Africa in 2018.

The hydraulically operated devices are directly connect to the user points and arranged to dispense a predetermined and adjustable quantity of lubricant. This significantly reduces wear and tear of moving parts that generate friction, reducing maintenance costs while increasing productivity of equipment.

Consequently, these systems eliminate machine downtimes for lubrication and extend the life of the lubricated components. The automated systems also allow all the points requiring lubrication to be reached, even those not easily reached by an operator when undertaking manual lubrication.
