The project includes the resealing of inter-sections and access roads, structural works on joint bridge repairs, appurtenant and drainage works, as well as final sealing.

Roadworks started in May 2015 and were expected to be completed in May this year.
Latest Developments
The project has exceeded its empower-ment and employment targets. Contract expenditure on targeted enterprises is R8.5-million to date, significantly more than the R7.5-million target.
A total of 37 932 person days of work have been created for people living in the Theewaterskloof and Cape Agulhus municipalities.
