TSX- and NYSE-listed Pretivm has announced that its finance VP Matthew Quinlan will take over as CFO, succeeding Tom Yip, who is stepping down from this role effective September 30.

Yip will remain an executive VP of the company until October 30.

Additionally, the company’s chief exploration officer and VP Kenneth McNaughton will be retiring effective September 30.

McNaughton had been responsible for Pretivm’s greenfield exploration programmes since 2011 and was instrumental in forming the company’s high-grade Brucejack gold mine, in British Columbia.
