Our Chief People Officer, Stéphan Pieterse, and the top three students from the 2018 Student Training Programme talk about the highlights of the programme.

More about the STP:

Our Student Training Programme is a three-week work journey of professional and personal development. This annual programme takes place during the July university holidays and is specifically aimed at B.Eng. (Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical) students in their third or fourth year of study. Attendance enables students to fulfil university requirements for vacation work.
