As smaller quarrying, mining, construction and recycling operations look for smarter ways to improve efficiency without investing in oversized equipment, Pilot Crushtec International has introduced the DynamiTrac XS200 Xtreme Mobile Scalping Screen. This compact highly mobile screening solution has been designed specifically for agility, simplicity and cost effective performance.

Positioned as an entry-level mobile scalper, the DynamiTrac XS200 is ideal for contractors, emerging operators and smaller sites that require dependable screening capability without the footprint, complexity or capital cost of larger plants.

A key differentiator of the DynamiTrac XS200 is its compact design which allows the machine to be easily transported and even fit into a standard container for cost effective shipping. This makes it particularly attractive for operations across Africa where transport logistics, site accessibility and rapid deployment are critical considerations.

According to Jorge Abelho, Director Technical Support at Pilot Crushtec, the machine was developed to meet a growing market need for a practical mobile scalping solution that offers flexibility without unnecessary scale.

“The DynamiTrac XS200 was designed for operators who need mobility, simplicity and reliable performance in a compact package,” Abelho says. “Not every operation requires large high-output equipment. Many smaller sites need a machine that can move quickly, screen efficiently and be deployed without major infrastructure or transport costs.”

Its mobile design allows the unit to be positioned close to the working face, reducing haul distances and improving material flow while supporting faster setup and relocation as production demands change.

The DynamiTrac XS200 is engineered for effective scalping and classification of run-of-mine, blasted and recycled material, helping remove oversize and fines early in the process. This improves downstream crushing efficiency, protects capital equipment and supports a more efficient overall plant layout.

The unit can be fitted with different screening media depending on the application, allowing operators to tailor performance for varying feed materials and final product requirements across quarrying, aggregates, construction and recycling environments.

Simple controls, fast commissioning and straightforward maintenance further support its appeal for operators seeking productivity without operational complexity.

“With the DynamiTrac XS200, Pilot Crushtec continues to deliver fit-for-purpose equipment designed around real operational needs, and this particular machine offers smaller operations a practical, mobile and highly transportable solution built for performance and flexibility,” Abelho concludes.
