Project Description
The plaza will be the biggest shopping centre on the Msasani peninsula, with a gross lettable area of 30 598 m2, of which 75% will be retail and 25% office space.

The project will involve the construction of a mixed-use shopping mall, comprising two four-storey buildings with two under-ground parking levels. It will include a five-screen multiplex cinema, restaurants, boutique retailers, a gym, cafes, 806 underground parking bays and 7 090 m2 of premium office space.

The project will cost about $68.7-million to develop.

Duration
Initial excavation works for the project started in February 2016.
