Project Description
The project entails the construction of a new oral solid-dosage manufacturing plant, in Durham, North Carolina.
The 17 466 m2, steel-framed facility will be built on a 20 ha site.
Production areas will feature clean room spaces with epoxy flooring and epoxy painted walls and ceilings.
Laboratory space will service production and will be constructed using metal casework, epoxy resin countertops, fume hoods and vinyl tile flooring. Laboratory support areas will include offices for laboratory personnel, gowning areas and glass washers.
The building will also house administrative offices, as well as areas for dining, conference and training.

$59-million.
Duration
Substantial completion of the facility is scheduled for July 2015, with owner occupancy slated for October 2015.
