Project Description
The project involves the construction of a six-floor apartment development within the Melrose Arch precinct and the extension of five office buildings around the Melrose Arch Piazza, which includes an additional floor.
The latest phase of Melrose Arch includes the first Marriott-branded properties in South Africa – the Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch and Marriott Executive Apartments Melrose Arch.
It will also include a health club and luxury motor retail component.
The project will boast 178 exclusive upmarket apartments, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. The designs include simplexes and duplexes.
The 4 800 m2 of new office space will be built from industrial steel and glass.

The development will be available for occupation in early 2018.
