Project Description
The proposed path for the 42-inch, two-billion-cubic-feet-a-day Nexus project will comprise a newly constructed pipeline that will extend 402 km from eastern Ohio to interconnect with the existing pipeline grid, in south-eastern Michigan.
The project will provide a seamless transportation path for emerging Appalachian shale gas supplies to Dawn, in Ontario, by efficiently using existing and expansion capacity on the DTE gas transportation system and the Vector Pipeline system to access Chicago and the Dawn hub.
