Engen Sherwoods Humansdorp Convenience Centre in the Eastern Cape has re-opened its doors to the public offering customers a fresh taste of convenience with a brand new Woolworths Foodstop.

Following a revamp last year, offering customers a diverse range of products and services, including a Quickshop, Wimpy, Corner Bakery, ATM and Equatorial Coffee; the site has once again upgraded to include a 24/7 Woolworths Foodstop.

Dealer, Chris Opperman believes in providing customer satisfaction through convenience and personal service. “We can now offer our customers an even wider range of convenience products in a safe and friendly environment, which helps us to deliver on our philosophy that every experience matters.”

“Our customers can look forward to the most popular items sold in Woolworths Food stores, including fresh produce, prepared meals, deli products and take-away meals. Customers can pay by Woolworths card at Engen Quickshop checkouts,” added Opperman.

Dumisani Bengu, Retail Business Manager for Engen Sales and Marketing, says: “We are proud to bring our customers an exciting package in partnership with great brands, including Woolworths, Wimpy and Corner Bakery. Together we deliver a consistently excellent offering to meet the diverse needs of our customers.”

General Manager of Engen Sales and Marketing, Joe Mahlo, says Engen’s convenience offering is really paying off for the company, giving Engen customer equity far above its competitors.

“Our efforts to deliver on our brand promise have been recognised and acknowledged consistently over the last few years. We retained our ranking as the ‘Coolest Petroleum Brand’ for the fourth successive year in the Sunday Times Generation Next youth survey, which tracks youth consumer preferences and behaviour, as well as the Sunday Times Top Brand award for the fourth consecutive year.”
